The Long Island Motor Parkway Preservation Society is pleased to announce a special evening with Howard Kroplick and Al Velocci, co-authors of the book The Long Island Motor Parkway.
Among the topics for the evening will be:
- The founding of the Long Island Motor Parkway Preservation Society
- Their many adventures researching the the Motor Parkway and the Vanderbilt Cup Races
- The success of their book "The Long Island Motor Parkway"
- Current Motor Parkway preservation projects
The Q& A will be moderated by Greg Oreiro followed by a book-signing.
